    A float balance covering three months of salaries and expenses funds the operation transparently. We recruit, verify, contract, and equip. Payment completes before the first hire starts.

    Governance

    Policies, compliance, reporting cadence, and local oversight go live: the framework that keeps the operation clean and auditable.

    Delivery rituals
